Incredible experience! I walked in for a burrito. Not only did the person remember the order, he mentioned that I usually call... in, which I said today the phones weren't working. I love this place... even though they increased the cost nearly $4 for the huge size boritos. I can still say that it's the best... place around for Mexican fast food in the area. When I asked why the hell it's $18 for a humongous borito now, instead $14...they apologized and said they all got pay raises so no need to leave a tip! Once my earnings balance out with this unregulatedprice jacking free for all... Then I'd surely be tipping these guys when this happens to happen??? Read more
Went in for lunch, ordered shrimp tacos. I think I will probably never have tacos again, ever. Bland. Like just a handful of... tasteless cold veges thrown together. There were 3 tiny shrimps placed on top of this huge soft taco. What a joke. Read more
Honestly disgusting. We got 2 burritos and they were awful. The consistency of the ingredients was like paste. There was no... taste to it, comparable to a microwave burrito. In the restaurant there is a picture of Gordon Ramsey praising the restaurantfor how amazing it is but this must be photoshopped. Won't be going back. I've been here a few times and the food tastes good, but there are a lot of other issues. This location really skimps out on... portion sizes compared to others in the same restaurant chain. This one is conveniently located in downtown kitchener but Irecommend going to the one in Waterloo instead for larger portions and better customer service. Another minor thing thatprobably bothers me more than others is that their take out containers for naked burrito bowls are made of paper, and they putthe bean paste on THE BOTTOM which makes the takeout container soggy. Tried this place one last time. 70+ minutes for 2 burritos. Would have been faster to order at the counter. The person "working"... here never stopped talking on the phone in the 40 minutes I was waiting. The food was fn cold. The last three times the orderwas wrong. Close this location and open another pot shop. Never again! Read more
