I have always had a good experience here with various women taking the order however, today(at 6 pm) a very rude male on phone... acted like he is doing me a favor taking my order. Said ?order or not, we are very busy here.? Didn?t want to clarify theamounts for the pizza, delivery despite being asked twice and provided just the total. I am not the one to expect a high levelof service or courtesy at a pizza pick-up but this experience was extremely bad. Read more
I?ve lived next to this place for 5+ years and had multiple friends and family buy pizza from them with no complaints. Non... greasy and perfectly cooked. I can?t understand all the bad reviews.. Read more

Gino's Pizza, Seabrook location in Kitchener is consistently good. I don't think we have ever had a bad pizza from there. We... always order online and their time for pickup is 15-20 minutes. They are generous with the toppings we choose and it is hot. Read more

I took a hiatus off them beacuse of missing toppings (Hawaiian) but no pineapple and rude service on the phone (guy) and i tried... them again after 6 months they forgot the pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza.. Never again.. Read more
Ordered 3 pizzas. A shawarma pizza that you pay a premium for and there was barely any cheese or chicken and I?m not expecting... much but this is ridiculous. Second pizza was a pan that you also pay a premium for, that they just use a thicker crust for on aregular pizza sheet and when I asked them they said they don?t use the pans because the dough ends up raw?.so it?s not a panpizza. The third was a cheese pizza and surprisingly they didn?t mess that one up! There?s another Gino?s down the street ondoon, you?ll have better luck there. Still Gino?s, so it?s hit or miss but never misses this badly. Read more
