Can't use gift cards online and can't get delivery over the phone it was labor Day and nothing was open and we had nothing to... eat here. Relying on our gift card being poor and out of money until trillium pay happened next day we called they wouldn'tdeliver and we went online and almost $40 for stupid extra fees. Our $15 card was not able to be used and I had $20 in cash and$10 in my account. So no food that day. I never heard of such stupid rules. No online gift card use no over the phone deliveryso dumb.... I ordered 7 items from this store today and it cost me $55. But when my delivery guy leaves it at my door it's only 5 items. The... workers here are really irresponsible and careless. I called the store even tho I knew it wasnt going to help with my refund andthey said that they didnt have an order under my name. Clearly I ordered from this store! My bank says so. How does 2 crazybread, 2 crazy sauce and an Italian cheese bread cost $55. This is horrible. I rather have my deep deep dish and my stuffedcrust pizza instead of these side dishes that cost me so much. I'm never ordering here again!! Read more
We call this pizza Mr. Average. Definately better than their ' Hot & Ready', which made us very happy, but pretty much... everything you expect. Crust was on the thick side, but nice bready taste. Cheese coverage was good. Sauce was too spaghettish,but pep was nice and crisp. Overall, cheaper ingredients, cheaper tasting pizza... Pizza. Read more
Ok so usually I get great service but today when I went the lady was very rude to me, I had asked for all the pizzas to be made... the same time because it was a big order and all she did was give me attitude while I was having a good day! My day is stillgood but it just added a negative moment to my day and I just simply didn't think it was appropriate. A PAYING customer shouldbe able to request something as simply as making the pizzas the same time as the others and also not giving us over cooked ones(not all were over cooked but 3 of them were) like this immature lady did to us. I love the flavours little ceasar offers butrecently the certain staff members are rude and it is not appropriate and it makes me not want to go to this one when I havebeen coming here for 17 years.
