The service is so courteous, the chef is very kind... and is happy to explain the menu if you aren't familiar with the Trinidadian dishes. My wife brought home a Boneless Goat Roti for lunch. Fantastic! Extra spicy had some legit heat. Big chunks of meat.

My family and I decided to try this place out after hearing good things. I don't have any experience with Doubles, so have... nothing to compare against, and cannot make any claims as to how authentically it replicates the "true" food. What I can claimthough, is that the food is good and the service was outstanding. As this our first time, we did not know what to order and thestaff was very helpful and took a lot of time to discuss the various options and to make suggestions based on other things weenjoy. She was friendly and seemed to genuinely care that we would enjoy the food that we ordered. We waited about 15 minutesfor our order to be ready for takeout. There is a very small seating area, which was empty, but I suspect most of their businessis takeout. There were no public bathrooms available for use. I enjoyed the food. My kids tried most of the things we orderedand liked some of it. There are other places I enjoy more, but if I was asked to go here again, I know that I'd find somethingthat I would enjoy, and would be happy to try something different as well. Read more

This was my first time ever ordering. I ordered the Aloo Roti and boneless chicken Roti. The portions are amazing. When it came... time to the spicy I asked for mild but both were very very hot, I only had a bite of each to taste and will not be able tofinish them because it?s to hot. I called to express this and was advised next time to not order any sauce but one would thinkmild is mild. Nothing was offered to correct this being a first time customer so I guess 35 dollars wasted. I?m sure it wouldhave been good but I will now know to maybe not order any sauce even if it?s mild. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Went yesterday and got stew chicken, jerk chicken and doubles. Everything was amazing and... completely authentic, I felt like I was in Trinidad again (please order yourself doubles). Would recommend this place toeveryone I know as I have been on the hunt for some good Trini food and nothing has even come close to this place. So we decided to try our newest local Caribbean restaurant and omg we were blown away?100% the best doubles we have had and we... love our doubles. Honestly brought us to back home eating a doubles by the stand and knocking down a apple J. We also ordered aaloo roti with curry chicken sauce and a shrimp roti both wrapped in paratha roti. They were the bomb so soft and fluffy and lam picky as l can make my own so l expect to get quality. Hats off to your establishment for providing the community exceptionalquality Caribbean food. Had family came in from Sarnia and decided to try this place for the first time. We came close to closing time and ordered a... bunch of food. The owner is nice, friendly and very accommodating to our large order. I had the shrimp roti and goat doubles,while my husband had the jerk chicken. Everything we bought was delicious and flavourful.
