Im a regular at McDonald's Victoria. This is by far the cleanest store in the Tricity. They try to clean up in between lunch and... dinner rushes. You'd normally see crew and managers clean tables and sweep after customers. Read more
Wanted to try vegetarian burger ???? it's hard to find in McDonald's unlike other countries which has tons of options for... vegetarians but in Canada hardly anything. I am glad that they started. Are used to love going to this McDonald?s as compared to the other ones, but the night stuff has changed and this happened to me... a couple of times where I got cold fries so tonight I told him that I wanted fresh fries and when I said it, they were like theyare fresh and they were cold to the touch even and then when I ask them to give me french fries and they just said no andstarted the being rude and then I was like I?ll pay for another fries and you?re like they are going to be the same temperatureand when I said can I get them without the salt day again said they were gonna be the same temperature and when I got the friesthey were hot and they made me pay twice just to get fresh cries it?s not even about the money in the tank it when I told themthey were extremely rude Read more
I went in, intent to use the washroom and order diet coke and an ice cream. It was HOT!! The washroom was fine, the diet coke... was as expected but they were out of ice cream...in early afternoon on a Saturday. How does that happen? And the behind thecounter space looked very disheveled. This restaurant looked tired and matches the "out of ice cream" status, sadly. Read more

Not sure how McDonald's corporate allows this place to operate. The place is super dirty, employees just socializing in the... back. Drink machines out of order, the touch order system out of order. The seats are ripped. Missing tiles. floors aredisgusting. Door to kitchen open. Tables not wiped. Bathroom pee all over floors, no toilet paper and a busted heater that couldcause a fire. This location was the dirtiest McDonald's that I've been to in a very long time. The food was cold. We ordered wraps and they... were completely shredded, not sure how they wrapped it together. The washroom was disgusting. I had to change my son's diaperand couldn't use the family washroom because it was out of service. Definitely will not be going to that location again. Read more
