The staff here are very kind and they're surprisingly fast too. For some reason every time I get a spicy habernero (from any... location) the sauce gets missed - The team at the boardwalk was very textbook good customer service about fixing the problem (egempathizing, course of action, timely). Obviously it's McDonald's so you know what you're getting, but I've found this locationto be pretty nice out of the various places you can go in the city. Read more
They didn't honor a $1 big mac and the cashier used obscene language. I have evidence to prove I was issued the coupon and the... cashier was also not wearing a name tag, he was older I approached at approximately 12:34 pm. Wasn't impressed by the service,most organizations wouldn't have a problem with a basic gesture like this. The app also is definitely down, as it's citing a badinternet connect and yet here I am posting a review. I'll consider taking down this review if I'm offered considerablecompensation. Read more

Foremost this has been one of the worst McDonald's I ever been too especially the McDonald's on Highland Hills in Kitchener that... doesn't wear gloves. It's an safety concern for me that this man who had done my burgers picked his nose and wiped it on hist-shirt while making my burgers after the counter lady passed me my food I reported it and trash my burgers away. I almost pukedand had the thought of it in my head for days. All fast food places must wear gloves at all times before and after using thebathroom. Shame on you McDonald's employees you're not respecting the requirements not one bit and should be fired. Read more
This McDonald's is inside of Walmart at Boardwalk. Honestly I don't go often, but I can tell every time when I come I feel good.... We had a great food and the staff was very friendly. Read more
Be aware if you are using the kiosks to order here the machine is double charging people and the manager is claiming it?s a bank... issue because it says declined or they don?t get the order behind the counter?It is NOT a bank issue. Do not tap again for yourorder!!! The bank has issued an investigation in this location as transactions are being doubled and store is not refunding orinvestigating themselves. There was another women in the bank at the same time as me claiming being double charged! Highlyrecommend to order with an actual person here. Hopefully the investigation catches what?s going on here. I see multiple postsonline about this issue and McDonald?s turns a blind eye! Not sure if it?s location specific or multiple. The food is good when they actually get it right, but 8 times out of 10 something is always wrong and it ruins the food. Not to... mention most of the crew there don?t even know how to take orders. Get it together. Read more
