These are probably one of the best pretzels I've ever had! Definitely more fresh and soft and yummy than Auntie Anne's.... Unfortunately, they are not open right even though according to Google it says they are. Very disappointing and misleading.Update your hours correctly. Read more
DELICIOUS! LIGHT! I've been here multiple times, and they don't fail to impress! They have a wide variety of pretzels for you to... choose, whether you're feeling sweet or salty, they have it ready. They are always made fresh in front of me, and the staff donot show rudeness or arrogance. I've always had a pleasant experience when I come to this location and they are unique to saythe least. (The Deserts and Pretzels are not overpriced) And the pretzels taste according to what they show. The sweetness isperfect, and so is the salt. For improvement, please find a better way to package the pretzel, as when you have a Pretzel withany type of topping it easily sticks to the paper so I don't recommend getting transporting them or bringing them home as theywill get cold and are meant to be eaten either on the spot, or shortly and will become a sticky mess when getting them forsomeone else! I love the pretzels here. Don't get anything with Carmel or chocolate though. They are inedible without making a huge mess, and... if you take them home, you lose half the caramel. They may need to find a new way to package dessert pretzels Read more
Chewy almost raw pretzels. The whole thing wasnt boiled in baking soda, just the top and there was soo much butter on it. It was... an ok pretzel, but I've had better. The salt was really good and my sister loved it though. Read more
One of the best pretzel shop in Kitchener. We had cinnamon, vanilla, vanilla -Strawberry, Nutella pretzel. And all of them were... so delicious and tasty.. Wow.. it?s mouth watering. Thank you for an amazing experience Mr. Pretzel. Read more
