My experience with this restaurant was not good. We ordered first time from this place on Uber eats, chicken half and half.... While we were giving the order there was no option with fries or salad. Anyhow we just did it and when I reached there to pickup my order, I simply asked the cashier that in Uber I don?t have choice to select between fries and salad so can I decide now,he said it?s with fries and he can?t replace fries with salad , this is what this is. They were closing at that time 11:50pmaround time it was. Then I asked him can I get salad on a side , small container, he said no either large or medium . I canliterally see small container over the counter.He charged me $8 .69 for medium house salad . Trust me guys that salad when I eatwas not fresh at all ; tomatoes and cucumbers were soggy . Fries were hard to chew seems like over cooked, covered everythingwith sauces to hide their horrible food. I hope they better update their business on Uber or have a better customer service. The salad was ok but I had to add my own dressing when I got home. The meat was gross and SLATHERED in flavourless sauce. It... was dry and tasted like it was reheated. Will not be going back. My recommendation would be to go to any other Greek place buthere. Read more

Great experience and amazing food. I have been a Osmow's Fan since 2016 when I had my first wrap from one of their Mississauga... locations. Just moved to Kitchener and found out this location so I decided to take out. Once again, I am as happy as I alwaysget food from here. I have already convinced 2 of my close friends that they are the best!! This location gives you the sameOsmow's experience that will make you sign up for their loyalty card and come back! This location has handicapped parking andhandicapped accessible entrance. They have washroom available as well. I went there couple of weeks ago and it seems theDine-in has not yet started. So pls call-in and check before you decide to go here for Dine-in. Also, make sure you ask forseparate bags if you have 2 or more main dishes. We ordered Osmow's special and Philly Veggie platters. They both were amazingand the person who took our order made them fresh as always. We always get extra glaric sauce coz they have the most amazinggarlic sauce among all the chains. Also, they have a good variety of salads to choose from. I would highly recommend that ifyou are getting more than 1 items please ask them to give you in separate bags. I got 2 items and they gave in 1 bag keepingthem one on top of another and the sauce on the lower one got stuck to its top due to pressure. They lost 1 star coz theymissed cheese and olives on my salad. Also, this location gives free can of pop if you leave them a Google review. I have quickquestion though, did you guys reduce the size the of the box? It seems the boxes now are much smaller than the ones we used toget before. Read more
