Used to love this place but sadly it seems to of really gone down hill. The quality of food at our last meal was not good. We... ordered a green beef curry that was basically green water. The beef noodles seemed like the broth was from a can mixed with morewater.... and the dim sum was ok. The dumplings were covered in thick dough that tasted like bread and although they were friedthey were soggy. I know they can make good food..... but the quality of the dishes at this point very clearly show a lack of anycare or thought to preparing them. I feel like it is run by very young male staff aswell that think they can pump out bad foodto western people who dont k ow any better. You can hear them screaming and yelling randomly in the back while you areeating..... that was a very tell tale sign to us of why the food was bad. I hate writing bad reviews but I felt ripped off afterpaying the 75 dollar bill. I hope they realize that quality food does matter.....and there are many cheaper and much tastieroptions in yhe city for Viet cuisine. We will try again in a couple month as we do like the staff and the good used to be great. Read more

Horrible quality of soup. Sent it back. Visited by a "manager" who stated that my complaint was not valid, and that he would... still charge me for the soup even though I sent it back. I asked for a replacement if I had to pay for it. The manager keptgiving our table dirty glances. The new soup did not come for some time (15+ minutes), and they left us sitting there waitingfor our bills the whole time. Horrible service and quality food today. Will not return. Read more
I love this restaurant. I went to today. I think price is up than before but taste was great! And I know in Asia it's common... "Serving robot" now. Because, still covid is around here. So, when serving time they are using "Serving robot". I saw it here.It was very cool experience. Read more
We like it too much. We can?t stop going. Love their food and we always have great service. Well priced, pretty healthy food... options. We always get the app platter and it does not disappoint ?? soups are delicious and a must try. Read more
Extensive menu with lots of variety, nice decor and good tasting food. However, service efforts can definitely be improved. They... are not rude but don?t try to make you feel welcome in any way. It?s like you walk in, write what you need, eat and go. We had afew questions for our server but she neither gave any answers or attempted to show that she cared. In the end, we had to decidefor ourselves and stick with what we knew. I have heard good about the Waterloo location so will give that a try as well. Read more
Lovely restaurant with welcoming and efficient staff. Dim sum was good but rice noodle dishes were mediocre at best with very... little taste and flavour. Would return but maybe try something else--maybe some curry dishes or ask for a house special dishthat may be popular. Read more
