VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND JUST RUDE!! Not sure of the employees name but never greets anybody and greeted me with... what do I want ??? Like hello to you as well. Very snappy as well. The Crew member at this location were so kind to us, from order to take out they were so helpful. They are also giving free dip... for writing the experience of customer on Google maps. I didn't wrote this review because I wanted a free dip ????, they weregenuinely so kind to us. Read more

Went for a quick meal for my child. Rotten salad and expired dressing. Pizza was undercooked. Had to throw it back in the oven.... Thanks alot for waste of $ on food! Update: I was offered a $11 credit which isn't even the full price of what I spent on ourmeal. The money isn't even the point. You served expired food that could make a young child sick. I'll never go back to yourestablishment. Take your $11 and use it to train your staff properly. Good luck. You need it! Read more

Why Google don?t allow to give -ve ratings? The quality of pizza was ridiculous. The cheese amount on the pizza was very less.... So we complained to the customer service, and they asked the store to get us a new pizza. Later on we got a call from the storefor giving them the previous pizza back. Till that time almost half of the pizza was eaten as we all were very hungry andwaiting for pizza. When we complained we were not ask to get the previous pizza back earlier. So after the call from store, wedint ate the remaining pizza and kept it to give it back. After waiting for 50 mins, the driver came with the another pizza, andin addition to that, the delivery driver was very very rude. He abused us and said bad to my mother, and sister again and again.As per his thinking, we dint pay him TIP, so the new pizza was a free service. He told me, ?if you have guts, then come to thestore and give the pizza back.? He rudely said, ?you don?t get a pizza without paying for it.? So he deliberately meant, weasked for the new pizza and complaint about the quality for getting a pizza for free. He dint even get the new pizza out fromthe bag, and after such behaviour, I put the old pizza on his bag by saying keep this pizza also back and we don?t want itanymore. He threw the box on the bench and said, ?your number and address is already with us, you are already blocked. So don?teven try to order from us.? Such kind of ridiculous service is intolerable. Driver should be taught some manners. We are not theonly customers, who have complained about the service and the quality of food at this store. We checked, and there are mostlyall bad reviews mentioning about THE BAD, RUDE, AND ABUSIVE ATTITUDE of store employees and the delivery driver specifically.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I request the franchisee to take this forward and ask the owner to take some actions against suchrude employees. I gave them one star not for the food but for the creepy behaviour that I received at the store. I visited the store on 29 July... at around 4.45 pm for a quick bite. While waiting for the slice of pizza, a young Asian man came near to the front where I wasstanding and loudly started reading what was written on the chest of my tshirt while not making any interaction with me. I foundhis behaviour creepy and inappropriate. He was almost harassing a female customer. I will suggest the owner to check the instore camera to identify the man and coach him some manner. So I ordered a pizza( for pickup through website) with whole wheat thin crust. When I reached home, to my dissatisfaction I... received a regular whole wheat pizza. Hence, I complained to Pizza Pizza helpline number and they offered me a $20 credit toaccount. Then the cashier had the audacity to call me at 11:15 PM to ASK ME TO BRING PIZZA BACK TO THE STORE. I told him that Ilive 20km away and wouldn't be able to come back at 11:30 in night and asked him to send a driver/ runner to pickup the Pizza oralternatively I can send him the photos of the Pizza. He then said " I don't want photos, I want Pizza and I won't send a runnerfor that. Else, I am not giving you $20 credit in this store". Listen up owners, and the staff: I really don't care about your$20 and I certainly don't work for you. To my understanding the staff works for the customers. If you don't want customers tocomplain, GIVE THEM THE RIGHT ORDER. To future customers: The people there are rude and do not whatsoever know how to act withthe customers. Absolute worst customer service. Extremely rude staff like all of them. The owner of this location you would really end up... loosing customers if this does not change for your location. Received wrong order and it felt like i did a crime asking formoney back. We called the helpline and was offered store credit or return on the card so we took the credit and immediately gota call from the store that bring the Pizza back else you wont get the credit from my store. It was like a threat and the voicehas so much anger and extremely rude. Whoever spoke like that please note if we are buying food from your place with gods gracewe can afford to we are not dying for your 20$ store credit. May you treat yourself with your so called store credit! Neverstepping in your store. Also since you wanted the pizza back you could have sent a runner to our place to get it which youobviously replied to me with another rude comment. Anyone buying food from this store in particular be ready to experience theworst kind of customer service. Read more
