Will not order again. An order was placed for delivery after an hour we called back and was told it would be there in a couple... minutes. After another 40 minutes called back and was told that we ordered for pick up then continued to tell we must of calleda different location then turn around and say they could have it to us in 5 mins. We ended up cancelling order. Drove therereordered with slight variations. With no surprise our order from 2 hours prior was sitting on top of oven to top it off whengoing back to do the reorder of wings they grabbed the box of previously ordered wings and was trying to hide the box where theymix the wings in hopes of reusing. I called them out on this and said they were going to throw them out... which should havedone long before I got there over 2hours past initial order. Ordered a pizza last night but had a very bad experience at the pizza store. The pizza itself wasn't that great but what's even... worse is how this pizza shop is running. Shame on this business owner for fooling students and theiving from them. Sobasically, last night I wanted to tip the guys over the counter but he refused to get the tip. This was shocking as the cashiertold me the owner takes all their tips. What a horrible guy this business owner must be to take tips that are rightfully forthe people working there. Please do not support such a business. I had no idea that this establishment was thisdegraded. Never coming back here to support these ill practices. Read more
Hands down - tastiest pizza in KW. The toppings are fresh and are absolutely piled on, crust is perfection, sauce is the best.... Maybe my favourite part - the customer service is awesome. Always so friendly and appreciative. Read more
Never had a bad pizza from Westmount location and I order from them on a regular basis. Amazing pizza, fast delivery, friendly... drivers and a great price, better value then toppers in my opinion. Read more
We order pizza quite a bit from this location as it is always great and a good price....Today my son had football and was really... hungry so we ordered online before we left Cambridge...when we got there they said they didn't have the order yet and that therewas technical difficulty thanks to the spotty rogers service... they quickly prepared the order and added some extra wings. Onour way home they called to again apologize for the inconvenience and to explain what happened to ensure we knew they valued usand our time. So I ordered pizza at around 3:45 and was told it will be ready in 40 to 50 minutes. So 4:45 comes around and nothing then at... 4:50 I called but no one picked it up. I called again and the same thing. I left a message but I didn't get a call back. Then I5 I called yet again and once again no answer. Then at around 5:15, the pizza delivery driver pulled in and she said she juststarted her shift and was sorry about the delay. I told her that I understand that they may be busy but it is a courtesy to atleast inform someone if their order is going to be late. She said the new owners don't care about all that. I love pyramid pizzabut I will not be ordering from the Westomunt location anymore. My food was also cold ????. Read more
Tested and tried and they give the delivery free above some total. Garlic bread is the one which is must try. And combos are... best deals too Read more
Just placed an order and I am so satisfied with how everything turned out. The salad was cut fresh and the pizza was made with a... variety of toppings with a nice crunchy moist crust. But the honey garlic wings are by far my favourite with a tasty flavourfulsauce. Thanks guys for making the meal I was able to share with my family great today Read more
