Had a great dinner and really enjoyed the Habesha coffee (and this is coming from someone who is normally a drinker of herbal... tea only). Staff were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Read more

Overall, not bad reastrant. Service was wonderful. Food was price reasonable. Especially pizza was $6, and for me bug enough... for sharing. I tried pasta and kid's pizza. I wanted to try gnocchi and wings, but they both weren't ready to serve. Pasta saucetastes very cultural. Pasta was boiled too much. Music was loud. Read more

There were very few customers when we visited, service is quite fast. We had Habesha food (we went for this). The food is not... bad but the quality of ingredients doesn't seem good, the bread was quite old. Their price is very reasonable for the portionsize. Read more

As a small-town Canadian, I had no real knowledge of Ethiopian/Eritrean food and was honestly nervous to try it. I WAS SO... IMPRESSED! IT WAS INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! We ordered the Cha Cha (bbq beef) and the veggie platter. I never knew lentils could beso flavorful! And the beef was amazing with the Injera and the dipping sauce. Fantastic service, really clean and organized. Wewill definitely be back! Read more

Visited Rade's today for dinner. I had the chicken fajita while my husband just did the breakfast. Seems like a family run... place, with smiling,a little shy servers. The fajita was very nice. Worth a visit ! Will be going back for more. Read more

Definitely a hidden gem. Recommend cha-cha and Shukshuka. Give their Habesha coffee a try!

At first glance, Rade?s appears to be just another ordinary restaurant serving the usual fare. However, a closer look at the... menu reveals a variety of eclectic food offerings, from omelettes to salads, from pasta to pizza, from hummus to fajitas, andfrom shakshuka to habesha! The latter items provide a hint of the cook?s northeast African origins and the majority of thedishes, even the supposedly ordinary ones, reflect this. So instead of serving the usual fare, Rade?s serves the chef?s take onthe usual fare (plus a few dishes that aren't the usual ones!), which makes for a really interesting and unique diningexperience! This is accentuated by the dining area with its selection of comfortable tables & chairs, muted lighting, andEthiopian ethnic music & dance videos playing on an overhead screen on the wall. If you?re looking for something a littledifferent, give Rade?s Restaurant a try! Read more
