This restaurant is one of the best for having south indian as well as north indian foods. The ambience is nice with cute... lightings and there is a mixture of sofas and chairs to get seated.. one of the best place for having birthday treats and familyget together. They have some special signature recipes on each day/week and non-veg biriyanis are their best. Any dish withpepper added in it will taste awesome.. They also provide some types of special dosas like kara dosa, mysore masala dosa which2people can share.. The staffs are polite and helpful, especially Raji is more friendly and they helped with arranging a smallbirthday party on the premise. North indian dishes and starters also tasted delicious. The pricing is a little bit on thw higherside like $20-30/ person, but occasional visit with your loved ones is worth the price. Do try them once and you will soon beaddicted to their taste. After enjoying many tasty Indian cuisines in restaurants in the UK, we have struggled to find I e that came close since moving... to Ontario. Tonight we found Raja and can honestly say it surpassed our expectations and is now our favourite go to for Indiancuisine. The food was so flavourful and one ty of it for an incredible price too! Our service by Yogi was also fantastic. Shewas very helpful in explaining the dishes to us and made us feel very welcome. We will most definitely be back! Read more
Started off with the Vegetable Pakora. The Pakora itself was quite flavourful. Sauce options had sweet, pickled and mild. A... stronger mint sauce would have been quite nice. For mains we had Lamb Sag and Matar Paneer. Both curries were quite flavourfuland tasty. Definitely a try. Lamb was tender. Dessert we had Rasmalai which was also quite enjoyable. Srishti was our waitressand was able to provide flavour profiles of different dishes we were considering. We will return :) Read more
All dishes were very tasty and very good. Andhra Masala Dosa was spicy and very soft. Gobi 65 was very good and tasted... differently but was enjoyable. Must go for sure if you're in Waterloo. Call in as the place is busy. Read more
Yes yes yes.. Really great place and great service.. Food is tasty.. i live in kitchener from last 4 years and i ordered a lot... of time food from here and i was always satisfied with good tasty good.. but this time I visited and had a dine in experienceand they nailed it… It was my friend’s birthday and they helped up a lot to manage the small dinner party. Went there for dine in for the first time on Holi. I’ve been a regular customer but only ever ordered on Uber eats. The... restaurant was neat and tidy and was super busy. The owner himself was there and reassured us that we would get a table soon. Weordered the chicken biryani and a ghee masala dosa. The chicken biryani as usual was delicious and spicy. Their Dosa wasflavourful but I wish it was crispier as ours was more soft and a bit soggy. I was impressed to see that their delivery and dinein quality was consistent. Their service is also fast and their servers are super nice and always had a smile on their face.This is definitely a place that I will keep ordering from and would recommend for their delicious food! I can still feel the flavours of the food while writing the review of this place, suggested to me for the best Indian food in... town in terms of taste, freshness, variety, service as well as value for money. Owned by a promissing youngster, Mr Raja , asimple and down to earth person from Coimbatore, who himself was present and looking after the guests' needs. After long searchof proper and authentic Indian food in Kithcner and Waterloo, this was the place where all the cravings and missings ofauthentic Indian food finally came to an end. We ordered varities of food, be it veg, snacks, non vegitarian and everythingwas so balanced flavoured, it felt like we were sitting in any Indian restaurant in India only. Rice were very fresh, Naanswere very tasty and Tandoori Roti was very Kadak. Staff was also found to be very caring and on their toes to cater the guests'requirements and serve with a smile and ensured food was customised to our choice and taste. I could not resist to ask and notedown their names as acknowledgement , they were Ms Akhsata Rodagi and Mr Anmol Singh. The place is very spacious, spices in foodare well balanced , TASTE -AUTHENTIC, FOOD-FRESH, NON-VEG- FRESH & TENDER, SERVICE: 5*, NEAT & CLEAN, LOCATION : GREAT,CONNECTIVITY : GREAT, DELIVERY Well connected to all local delivery apps. If you are dying for India food, DON"T THINK anythingelse, just order or go there (to eat HOT-HOT) and you would feel fully satisfied. Did a drop in as I drove by and thought “why not”? Not thinking to check reviews was more worried about whether or not I had... to pay for street parking :) What a great experience! I loved this place, reminds me of my stay to India many years ago….King Fisher beer?! For sure! I don’t think the staff knew i knew what I was doing :). They were especially helpful andchecked in on me to ensure I enjoyed the experience. Including the manager or owner. I was a little overwhelmed by theambience. It was just so authentic in comparison to the places I often dined in Indian - note I was a little spoiled there. Itbrought back great memories. Food was just as I would have expected, the Tandoori chicken though was over the top. Maybe itwas my timing of a 5PM meal but it was fresh and delicious and perfectly complimented the creamy Korma. Best I’ve ever had ina very long time. Considering I have Indian as often as a few times a month it was some of the best. Obviously I highlyrecommend. Read more
