Went there three times as there was no other option. Bad experience every single time. It's as if they had really bad day - but... every single day. I'd give them negative stars if possible. Just rude and unprofessional staff and could use some customerbehavior training. The staff should remember they are in a hospital environment and be courteous. Read more

Great service, healthy food and friendly staff.
Was very shocked to see only one person working behind the counter. But he managed to get all the orders done fast. I know there... very busy in a hospital. But my hat is off to him for working hard and making my visit less painful. Let's face it subway andthe other restaurants are the only thing edible to eat at a hospital. Read more
I ordered online for delivery but when I finished ordering it gave nowhere to place delivery address, thus making me have to... come to the store to pick it up. They refused to deliver my order even though online it said they could deliver. Terribleservice. Waste of $20 since I could not pick up my subs. Read more
1 Star because its fresh! Its ran like every topping is the last one on the planet! I ordered 2 sub's and had to tell the guy... making them multiple times to keep adding toppings. Each time putting a pinch of each topping I asked for. For example: I askedfor extra tomatoes, he put on 4 slices. I asked him to put on double that he put 2 more slices, 3 times I had to ask to get 8tomato slices. I went through this entire process trying to get 2 Sub's. Any other subway you go into anywhere does not holdback on toppings like this. its pathetic! zero consistency with any other subway, not even close! Since the cafeteria is nowgone you are limited to 3 options, eat here, the coffee shop beside it or leave and go down the street! I'd sooner eat out of aVending machine. If there was an option to give zero I would give zero because this is the worst place to buy your food, the girls who works... there has no respect and they were very rude, so I would never go back this place again. If the management do not find betteremployees they should shut it down. The management who should teach their employees how to behave on customers and how valuableare customers.
