Went into subway to order a veggie sub... paid $8 for bread. The men who work there looked at me like I had 5 heads when I asked... for more toppings on my sub... after he put 4 pickles and maybe 8 slivers of onion on my sub. I asked numerous times for moretoppings, and each time he would add one piece of vegetable. Tried clarifying that it was a veggie sub.. so i'd like someveggies.. don't go here. Read more

I had to finally walk out when the guy making me a six inch sub, cut the foot long piece into a three inch. I asked him why it... was so small and he said it was half - I then asked for the other half instead but he looked confused. I just left and wonderedwhat they do with these bigger pieces. It wasn't the first time they cut the bread unevenly. If it was possible they'd get zero.It looks from previous comments that they have issues with portions. Read more

Wow, best subway in KW. One guy working: friendly, efficient. Didn't hassle me about multiple coupons. Used food prep gloves to... pass me a fountain drink lid, then disposed of them. Good quality Subway food, great cleanliness, excellent service. Read more
I just wanted to order a sub for my lunch but wanted to use the washroom first. They are concerned about people using the... washroom instead of looking after the business. Horrible attitude. So if you don't order food you are not allowed to use thewashroom? Is that even legal? I been to this location in the past and was OK but not coming back. Honestly THE WORST SERVICE EVER! If it wasn't for their location I would NEVER go to this Subway. I went there today and asked... for shredded cheese on my sub. First problem was that there were all kinds of other toppings that had fallen in the cheese whichwas disgusting but he was so careless and rushing so much that half the cheese fell out of the scoop before it even got to mysub. So I politely asked for an actual scoop of cheese and he said he was going to charge me for double cheese and I said lookthe cheese spilled everywhere there isn't a full scoop on my sub and he's like do you want the charge or not. SO RUDE! Also, thelady who does the toppings basically just says and, and, and.... before you can even finish talking! I love Subway but thisplace is honestly the worst.
