Just went to this location, as I had an "any footlong sub for $7.50" coupon. It's been a while and I'm not familiar with their... menu. I thought they had a turkey-bacon option, but not everything is listed on their menus, what I was thinking of was a Melt(turkey, bacon, ham). I ordered the turkey bacon and it came out to $10.50, paid, then thought it over - $3 in tax wasridiculous, so I asked what's up. They clearly did not have a turkey-bacon option, it was just a turkey with bacon added for$2. So I asked if they still had the Melt option, and they said "yes, but you ordered a turkey/bacon" - there was definitely a"got ya" feeling in their response to me. As someone that rarely goes to a subway shop, I don't know the ins and outs of theirmenu, especially when items are not presented, regardless I will not go back to this location. Read more
I ordered 1 footlong through App and instructed to cut and pack it into 2. I ordered around 8:15 pm on 3rd Nov and I picked up... around 8:45. Lady working there did not follow instructions and when I asked her to cut and pack into two. She refused to do sobecause it was closing time. There were still 15 minutes in closing and this would not even take full one minute. Worst customerservice and will never want her service again. Read more
Ordered the chicken and bacon footlong. It looked nothing as in the picture. Very little toppings. There was barely any... chicken. More bread than toppings as evidenced in the picture. The sandwich was very light and not filling even tho it was afootlong. Taste was ok. Read more
I stopped in for a quick lunch after a meeting nearby. There were a few customers, but it wasn't busy by any means. I ordered a... salad, and the guy rolled his eyes when I said "yes" when he asked me if I wanted it chopped. I should have saved both our time,as he did it so quickly and lightly that nothing was chopped anyhow. They were also pretty skimpy with the toppings and sauces,and the guy on cash was rushing so much that he apparently forgot how to be polite to customers. Not a total bust, in the end Igot my lunch and it was just okay. But I'd suggest avoiding this location if possible, as there are lots of other Subwaylocations in town that are friendlier and make better food for your money. Read more
