Great service. Ordered ahead online and when I arrived, my order was ready waiting for me. Friendly staff and store was clean.
Consistent and clean, service is always nice. My only complaint is that it takes longer than it should when I try to grab... something on my lunch break because there's only one person up front. But this is understandable given covid's impact onbusinesses and even with the wait and volume I've seen they're always on the ball. Read more
You don't need to buy anything in order to use their washroom quickly, I know it's sounds crazy but In lots of places you have... to buy something in order to use washroom . Their store is clean as well. Staff was excellent also. Read more
Before Covid ....Bought the kids school lunch , in the morning before school. At 8:30 AM. It was quick and easy and the kids... would actually eat their lunch. Enjoy picking their own toppings and juice. Unfortunately they now open later at 9 AM. ( So I'masking please open earlier. ) Great service thanks. Love from the Pickiest eaters in Kitchener Read more

I decided to try this Subway location as it is close to my home, but did not have a great experience. I was disappointed when... the restaurant did not offer one of the newer subs available at other locations in the city. Then I was disappointed again whenmy sub was cold, even after being toasted. The bread did not taste very fresh and my overall experience was not a positiveone. The staff members on duty were polite and professional, which made my in-store experience a little more pleasant, butdidn't completely make up for the quality of the food. The parking lot was almost completely full, which made finding a spotmore difficult than I was expecting at an off-peak time of day. Overall, I don't think I would return to this location whenthere are several other Subways within a few kilometres of this restaurant. Read more
