I was very displeased the manager and employee. I ordered a regular poutine and recieved a Greek poutine. I asked for my money... back and the employee said no and told me I have to take the Greek poutine instead of what I ordered (regular poutine). Don?t eat there if you are having a bad day because it will make it worse. I never thought I would say I hate shawarma but yet I... eat their and it was worst I ever tasted. Too salty food, don?t get fool by low prices, they serve very small portions. The girladd just few chunks of shawarma in a shawarma plate. I?m sorry for anyone who is going to eat shawarma food their for firsttime. Fries was fried in cold oil and they were so oily. I think the owners don?t know basics of food industry. This is my first time ordering through Uber Eats. It's also my first time ordering through your restaurant. The portions were... incredibly small for the price - four pieces of small chicken? We both ordered Tzatziki and only got one container, and a smallone at that. I'm sorry to say but it was extremely disappointing. I'm going to stick with Omega as the portions are incredibleand the prices are amazing. Also note this place is in Grand River Hospital and should not be serving food during a pandemic. Ordered four meals, two of them were incorrect. Ordered fish and chips with an extra piece of fish. It was missing the extra... piece of fish, the coleslaw side was missing entirely. Ordered a salad with dressing on the side. The salad had an almostdisgusting amount of dressing on it. Called to get the issue corrected and was given excuse after excuse. The employee whoanswered first said the delivery driver had already left so he couldn't do anything. After this he said he gave us extra friesinstead of the fish, which is true but wasn't part of the order. He did not offer to do anything to correct the issue until Ipressed him to supply us with the correctly prepared meals. It would be a 40 minute round trip to go to the restaurant andwould not have it delivered. The employee did not once apologize for the mistake and was very rude and standoffish. Very quickly made food, not many toppings to choose from. The customer service was very poor. At a hospital; you think more... smiles and being courteous would be expected. Cancer patients need happiness and laughter. Also 4 the portion not worth thecost. ???? Read more
