The atmosphere is wonderful, so are the staff! We came in because it had started to rain and we wanted coffee. 3 hours later we... were still having a WONDERFUL time. The drinks are named after fun things (I had Kryptonite- sour and GREEN!) and the guy whowas bartending (he has only been working for a couple weeks) was Phenomenal. He had a working knowledge of the bar already whichwas awesome :) and gave me information on how to participate in more things there. One of the absolute best board game cafes I?ve been to!! All the staff were insanely nice, and introduced us to the different... drinks they had, their wild selection of games, and regularly checked in on us for water. The coffee was REALLY GOOD ? no burnedtaste and creamy and rich. The latte was a good price and especially value for the games that come with it. When you order adrink you don?t have to pay the $5 table fee, which makes it so affordable. Also loved the overall vibes of the place, there?san upstairs area that feels like a little fort! Read more
This place is an absolute steal of an experience. Not only is their coffee pretty good, but the service here was great as well!... We played Catan for like 3 hours and us buying coffee basically covered the cost of the entire experience. Super cheap, fun, andgreat coffee. Read more
I stopped by for a drink and had a nice potato leek soup while waiting for flixbus to arrive. The soup was good. I also see a... lot of nice board games that you would only get to play at board game shops too. They seem to be having a casual tourney tonightas well. If you're looking for a nice place for drinks, food and a lot of board games, this is the place to visit. Read more
Incredibly unique atmosphere and experience!!! Very bright, hipster, natural feel. Lots of art from locals. The food selection... is quite odd (mainly a cafe with some odds and ends), and each dish has a unique spin on it. The food is amazing however! Theupstairs loft is great to look out at the intersection of King and Victoria with a perfect view. Inside as well it's nice tojust sit with a beverage and look at the unique decor. Read more
LOVE the new location! Amazing caring owners who's passion for community & coffee intertwine perfectly. They love doing new... things and the are not afraid to try something next level. Great experience. Quite a few board games. 5$/head typically. Good good, fun drinks. Tons of board games. Also an MTG place too.... Will be back when I'm in the area. Read more
