My experience was not bad, I was there because I was studying in the morning and I see so many people wait in line and they did... a pretty well job I think, I didn?t waited too long in the line. I studied there for about 3 hours I stayed there for about 1-1an half hour in the morning and later came back in the afternoon. They have free wifi?s and a place to charge my laptop andphone too. I am a frequent Tim Hortons Patron. I?m talking every day, multiple times a day, when I?m working. Unfortunately this has to be... the slowest Tim Hortons drive thru I?ve ever been in. At 9:45am I spent just over 25min from the time I got from the back of theline, to receiving my 3 coffee and a muffin order. On September 25, at 4.10 am, I got in line to get coffee, there was only one car in front of me. I waited for almost 15 minutes.... I was in a hurry because I was taking passengers to the airport. Neither an apology nor an explanation was made from theemployees about the reason for the delay. maybe the team doesn't need customers, but this situation of the employees shoulddefinitely be moaned. Not a single person behind the counter for at least 30 seconds after I walked in (not even drive-thru) and this was at 7:00pm,... not long after dinner. Why so empty? And my chicken sandwich was hot in the center of the patty, cold everywhere else. From nowon I'll be going to the Tim's at Pioneer Plaza. Read more
What stands out about this Tim Hortons are the staff members who are always kind and friendly. I have gone to this Tim's for... years and have always had great service. Of course, it is is conveniently located, has ample parking, and is always clean andso it is easy to return each time for a coffee and food item on a regular basis. Read more
Very filthy inside. No tables clean tons of flies bothering you while you eat in. Food is not fresh during the afternoon to... evening. If you want fresh food and baked goods i suggest coming in between 6 am- 12 noon. After that quality goes downhill Read more
