Today, Tim Hortons has eventually lost its signature with cheese bagel sandwich R.I.P. The worst one I have ever bought in my... entire life. It was not fresh and I barely test the cheese. I believe that Tim Hortons has lost its way to lead the market. Read more

This happened a few months ago and it is still sticking with me. On June 28th in the afternoon I went into town and stopped at... this Timmies to get some water. There was a lady in line in front of me who went to buy four $20 gift cards for the teachers ather children?s school, two of her children were with her. The young lady behind cash made a mistake and loaded only two $20 giftcards, one gift card had $40, and one gift card had $0. She got her manager, went back to making drinks. While the manager istrying to assess what exactly happened she calls up the same girl and she SCOFFS and says ?oh my god? as she?s walking over andstarted to argue with her manager while explaining the mistake she made (a bogus-making-excuses kind of story). So instead offinding a solution and getting the poor mother her money?s worth, they decide there is nothing they can do about the gift cards.They had the power to refund but decided not to and instead asked the lady to pay for two more gift cards. When she JUST PAIDfor a card with $40, and a card with $0 ZERO ON IT, because the young lady messed up. The mother became very reasonably upsetand said she should not have to pay $120 because of the employee?s mistake. And she is absolutely right. Atrocious service. Atthat point I finally got my free water and left the store but I felt awful for not saying anything because this poor womanliterally got scammed in front of me. I did not see the situation get resolved but this should never happen again. Get themanagers to load the cards or don?t even both selling them. Read more

Evening staff is very rude & act extreamly annoyed that you even come in. Went in at 10, Asked what they had for food and was... told ?We have nothing it all gets thrown out, we need to do dishes? Which i totally get dishes need to get done, but throwingout food rather then keeping it until close is such a waste, especially when you?re still open for another hour. asked for anice capp and was told the machine had already been cleaned & turned off (Which again, you?re open for another hour, Peopleshould be able to order drinks without the machines being shut off an hour early) Was told there was no hot water for a teaeither. Horrible evening management. Day shift is great, and always accommodating, but they seriously need to take a look attheir evening staff. Read more

Having come here almost every day before work (my partener and I), these past few visits have been disappointing to say the... least. I order the same thing every time, 2 dark roast coffees, 3 cream 1 sugar and 2 breakfast wraps (sausage). The past 5visits I've gotten chicken wraps, and any other wrap than the one I requested. We always come by before 3 as they stop makingbreakfast wraps at 4, so this further adds to our frustration. Will not be returning as it's a waste of money now. Read more

This Tim Hortons has the slowest wait out of all the other ones in the area. They always either run out of stuff or get the... order completely wrong. I recommend going to other locations like the one by Costco. Read more

Please please please give the staff here more support. The speaker is broken or glitching on a regular basis. They seem run out... of everything and long wait times. Not the staff's fault just please set them better up for success. It is not fair to them orthe customers. Go in and check this stuff out Timmies! Read more
