They never have sandwich bread in stock or really anything sandwich wrap wise. It takes way too long for the counter to notice... customers inside who are waiting and laughing with each other for the joke of a service we received. The language barrier isreally rough especially for the hard of hearing. Girls are nice but really need to pay attention to customers and managementshould put someone who is a bit smoother at the counter to take orders. Read more

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They got our whole order wrong and when my husband asked to please do it properly how... we requested, 2 ladies working said we are holding up the line and that they are busy! So they rather have customers not happywith there order and waste there money because they are more concerned of rushing people's orders just to eliminate the drivethrough??!!does that make sense? My income is also paying for there service, therefore not happy customers elimatates customersreturning. There priority is backwards. Read more

I really don't like this Tim Horton's location. The staff are very rude, talk back to you and argue with you. They cut you off... while you are speaking and that makes it very hard to order. I had an issue with an allergy. I wasn't aware that the ice teaquincher has tropical flavours in it like pineapple, passionfruit and blackcurrant. I am allergic to pineapple and this was notadvertised in the drink name. The staff argued with me about my allergy saying it wasn't in the drinks, and I said I looked itup online. So rude and disrespectful. No apology and made me feel awful. This use to be my go to Tim Horton's location. Notanymore. Read more

this location is very well-kept and timely! the food and drinks from here are absolutely delicious and always meet my... expectations. the interior decorating of the dining area has a very welcoming feeling to it, and the patio outside is also anice touch. overall, an excellent location. Read more

Unfortunately, this is the timmies I always go to because it's on the way during my weekday commute. However..It's by far the... worst location I've ever been to. It's not even because of the long wait times and rude staff, it's the horrible quality ofanything that you order. They can't make a simple breakfast sandwich to save their life or any food item for that matter. Theirmachines are constantly broken and they don't serve any food including fast things like bagels or donuts past like 8pm. Sheerlaziness in my opinion.. If you have to stop here, stick to drinks only....trust me. Read more

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through to get a coffee. This drive through is one of the slowest in the city. All those cars... idling in the drive through are great for the environment ????. The owner spent thousands of dollars on a second menu board andspeaker that I have yet to see work. Maybe they should have put the money towards the massive potholes in the drive through.Probably would have been a better investment Read more

Again, another efficient Time Hortons! Looks like the festive choices are available again ???? TIP- if you order a large vs... medium tea, you get the option of 2 tea bags because of the size.
