This branch in Belmont village is a relatively small but good Tim Hortons branch with helpful staff. Their drive-thru line is... also pretty quick compared to many other branches in KW! Read more

I was very disappointed with the service at this location. I used the drive though and ordered loaded wedges. I was served like... a pig in a trough. A couple of wedges with a slop of chilly. A giant mess, in a doughnut box that poured out of the box creatinga mess in the bag that spilled everywhere. On my clothes and in my car. Wow that was unacceptable. I have never had this kind ofservice in my life. Will be calling the manager in the morning. Read more

Honestly, probably in the top 3 worst Tim's in the area lol. I don't even know where to begin... Poor listening skills, takes... forever when ordering inside, have walked out due to not being acknowledged for 10 mins. 6 times out of 10 your order will bewrong. Read more

A decent Tim's with a clean store front. Service can range from fast to very slow depending on who's working. Orders are always... correct for me though! I find the tea water is not hot enough and I wish they where open later. Read more

This has one of those dual order drive thrus. I was sitting waiting to place my order, with no other cars around. I waited 2... minutes. Not a problem. Another car arrives at the other order panel. We both wait. They take that cars order before mine. Not impressed with the extra wait for no reason. Read more

Absolutely disgusting this location got served a coffee that had lipstick on the cup and cover. Manager tried to say it's... off the cup but cups are not glossy and pink. Offered a free coffee for it after I had already taken a drink of it. I guess mydoctor will be thanking them for my next visit health department should shut this place down asap Read more
