Hello ! I?m writing this review from Tim Hortons itself. My wife and I came here at 5.30 PM ordered 2 coffees and potato wedges.... We were told to wait for 4 mins, until then we waited. When our wedges came, my wife was looking at the girl who was packing ourwedges and that girl from Asian ethnicity was cleaning her prep table with a wet J cloth. As soon as the wedges came she did noteven bothered to change her gloves and poured our wedges with the same dirty gloves. My wife got up and told her to change hergloves and then pack it. She just smiled and said okay without washing her hands she just changed the gloves. Very verydisappointing. Read more

The most incompetent staff ive ever seen at a tim hortons!!! They have never once in a whole year been able to make me a simple... iced coffee with light ice. One time they took 3 attempts. How hard is it to put half of the ice as usual? Since then ive onlycome in for free water as its not worth the gamble of paying for a drink they are likely to make wrong. And funny enough i askedfor a water no ice on 2 occasions and not only did they give me ice bit they also gave the wrong size. Such a trash place hirebetter staff!!! Read more
Went today and ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich and it tasted good but I noticed rotten black lettuce on it before I finished... it. This is gross and totally unacceptable. As someone who has worked in fast food before you CANNOT serve gross lettuce likethis to customers. Please be more careful with the produce you use in the future! Read more
This is by far, one of the best Tim Horton's in town. ALL the staff are polite and friendly. They all seem to work well... together, collectively as a group.They pay particular attention to the store front customers and not just the drive threw.(Drive-thru employees are timed, at certain times of the day, and under pressure, are expected to meet specific goals whichcould avoid disciplinary actions to their store as a whole.) The store itself has a great "open concept" layout and isconveniently located at the corner of Pioneer Dr. And Homer Watson respectively. Read more
