Talk about being rude to a customer. The lady making my breakfast must have been in a lovely mood cause Ms. Happy was... complaining about the fact I was in the wrong line and suggested the server make me move over rather rudely. Laughable whenthere's no one in any other line. I'll stand where I please, just get my coffee and breakfast that I paid for. If they don'tlike that then I'll get it from Louisa St instead next time. Your supervisor Jason was very rude to my mother and granddaughter then to myself. I asked for a sleeve, he ignored me. Told me... my coffee was at the end and it wasn't. When I asked if it was my coffee at a different teller he answered very harsh. Peoplecome to the hospital for different reasons and don't need this kind of treatment. Read more
Since the new hours have been in place the competency has drastically dropped. Wait times are so long a lot of nurses leave the... line before getting their order taken. New staff who are unfamiliar with the till and how to make various food items. Unsure ofwhy they now close at 6pm. Read more
The employees at work at this Tim Hortons are extremely respectful and polite and prepare your order as soon as I can. This... They haven't been able to make a single correct coffee over the past 10 purchases. In addition, double toasted bagels aren't... even passable as being toasted a single time. Terrible quality of products from here. Read more
