This particular Tim Hortons can't seem to manage to ever get my order correct. 1 large with 2 cream and 1 sweetener. They give... me double double, 1 sugar and 2 milk. Pretty much anything except what I order. I understand a mistake will happen once inawhile, but they usually screw up my one coffee nearly every time I visit before work. At this point, I'm grossed out by thecoffee they serve and I've decided it's just easier to make my own and bring a thermos to work. Read more
After reading through your other negitive reviews it seems this is not the first time this young lady has shown she has... absolutely no clue what the term customer service means. Lets start out by saying there wasn't any other cars ahead of me inthe drivethru, and there was no one in the store customer wise. In other words, there is nothing taking away the attention thatshould have been easily given to my order. Simple. One coffee, 2 hashbrowns, one coffee. I don't need to write out the wholebakc and fourth. Simply put, this young lady needs to go to the back of the store and stir coffee till she remembers or becomestrained on how to deal with the general public. I askd her to relax and please focus on taking my order, to which I got " EXCUSEME!" As a reply... I was nowhere near rude or loud. I simply asked that she stopped whatever she is doing and focused on thetask at hand. Which should go without saying for the person this location decides to put on drivethru window service. Asecondary lady came on the microphone and made the rest of the order taking process great. Thank you for that. Upon getting myitems and leaving, I go to pull away and my daughter says, that drive thru lady is hanging out the window yelling at you. How dothey have someone like that working with the general public?? One, she is hanging and yelling out this locations drivethruwindow... Secondly, a 12 year old just make more customer service sence than this location seems to show. I'm giving two startsbecause the ladies that work inside are never a problem, are always welcoming, get the order right and are great at customerservice. They deserve at least some type of stars. I'm removing three stars as this ( from other reviews ) is far from thefirst time this lady has been brought up yet this location does nothing to deal with the problem... A week of buttering bagelsmight make her miss her drive thru window... Stay far away from this locations drivethru on weekdays. Read more

Service is really bad and staff need to be better trained. My attendant today was not able to get my order correctly, which I... have noticed once I saw the total amount to pay. Even after he correctly the amount, gave me wrong order. I will not be back tothis unit for sure. Read more
One of the worst Tim Hortons in town. Especially when (which is often) it is staffed by a bunch of rude teenagers or young... adults who do not care about service and keep messing up your orders and also give you attitude. Cleary this is a reflection ofincompetent management and supervisors who keep hiring and maintaining garbage staff. There is 1 Indian female staff that isparticularly abusive and snarky every time. Most of the time they get simple orders correct. I try to avoid going here because of the family of less than favorable... customers(at least I assume they're customers) that hang out there all day every day over the summer taking up the 1 outsidetable and smoking out or harassing anyone that tries to go in. Pretty tired of coming here and them having out of 90% of the menu. No donuts, no sandwhiches, no bagels tonight. I understand... Tim's is a bakery but if it's on the menu they should be stocking enough to serve their customers or not advertise products as"all day". Got rotten lettuce and what felt like day old chicken on my wrap tonight. Will probly stop frequenting this location. Read more
I like this location. It has dual driveways for the driver and passenger side windows. The inside is very small this specific... Tim Hortons is a to-go location not a sit down restaurant. Read more
