Hair in bagel, cleanliness issue. Ordered a bagel with herb and garlic and muffin, got home and found hair in the bagel. Called... and solution is to drive back get another one or a refund. Threw the bagel out. Waste of time and gas, place has hygiene issues. Read more
It sucks that google wont let me give 0 stars. Because I think 1 star is far too generous for how terrible the lady I just spoke... to was. It is Tuesday night, 9:30 pm. We ordered an iced coffee, it had 3 ice cubes in it, when I told the rude lady about this,she said ?well you didn?t ask for ice? instead of apologizing and doing her job properly. Wow I really never thought I?d have toremind someone who works here that iced coffees??.. should have ice?? after her terrible attitude, she made another one, thistime, absolutely terrible, no cane syrup or nothing, completely bitter and undrinkable. It really amazes me that Tim hortonshire just about anybody nowadays. It?s almost as if they?re setting out to hire the people with the worst people skills who have0 clue how to properly interact with another human being. Awful experience. I went inside to buy a box of donuts when I noticed a wasp was crawling all over the pastries. I asked if they... had more donuts in the back or if they were making more?. I was advised that none were being baked and that it's not a big deal.The server advised this happens all the time because the window's open. It was completely missed that it is gross for bugs tocrawl on your food, especially when it's visible by the customers OR that there is a solution to preventing bugs on your food byputting up some sort of screen on the other side... I declined getting anything. As I left I overhead the server talking aboutme. Terrible customer service. I recommend getting a drink only, as I am not sure how sanitary this establishment is,considering what they allow their customers to see. Read more
First off let me say the lady at the window was very nice and understanding. This location is going downhill fast. Today the... person making the bagels made me an everything bagel instead of a plain bagel. When confronted by the window staff she said"Whats the difference, just eat it" I laughed, said have a nice day, and drove away. Luckily I never paid yet. Plenty of otherlocations. Read more
I ordered sesme seed bagel toasted and butter. Instead what I get is normal bagel with butter only and not even toasted. Today... one more thing happened. We ordered medium ice coffee and basically half if it is ice. Let me tell you one thing only 3 cubes ofice could do the same thing as compared to these many cubes. Atleast it would be worth $2.30. This is one worst tim hortons ever. Employees show no respect to customers at all. I bought Potato wedges and this what I got... (look at picture) half empty. They don?t deserve even one star coz of their attitude. Not going there any more. Read more
????They didn?t have Canadian Maple donuts?big disappointment. Also the lunch menu wasn?t available on the app when it was 30... mins into the lunch time. Drive thru staff was nice but we ultimately didn?t get what we were wanting. Sigh. Food we did get wasgood. Read more
Service gets worse everytime. Gave it another chance, but will not return now. Was told a 5 min wait for food, fine. 20 min... later it was ready and order was wrong anyways. Every order in recent months has been wrong in some way. It's a shame because 6months ago this was one of the best Tim Hortons around. Now it's easily the worst I've been to. Read more
