We stopped going to this place because they were constantly getting the order wrong, argumentative, and always skimmed out on... toppings. Today we thought we would give them a try again. Nothing has changed terrible service, lacking toppings and rudestaff. Told us they were too busy to deal with our concern for our pizza being incorrect and offered a free dip. Lost ourbusiness for life. We no longer give this chain any of our money. Read more

"poppy is a little sloppy". This would be gross pre-pandemic but its certainly worse now. Went in for a slice. He pulled the... pizza apart bare handed after dealing with the register. Then proceeded to make a fresh pie after removing the glasses from hisface as well with those same hands. No mask and the gentleman that removed the pizza from the oven had his mask on his chin. I spoke with a wonderful gentleman at Twice the Deal Bloomingdale to pre-order pizzas for later in the day. The pizzas were... ready right on time and were delicious. The promo specials were excellent value, too. I'd highly recommend. Read more
This is a great place to stop in a get a quick slice. They always have a good selection of pizza to choose from. The slices are... a good size and it only takes a couple of minutes in the oven to warm them up. I usually get the 2 slices and a bottle of popfor $5.00 deal. You cant beat that deal any where. The pizza always tastes great and is really fresh unlike some places whereyou are unsure if the pizza was made the day before. Read more
Placed an online order as a gift for a friend whose family is very sick and they are quarantined. Order was placed at 1:45 and... at 4pm they had not received it yet. I call and they said it's in the car! Great! 45 min later.... No order. I call again, nowthey have no record of the order so they take it again. Then I get a call 5 minutes later asking how to spell "Sawmill". 2minutes later ANOTHER call how to spell Sawmill. After over 3 hours, my friend gets their pizza. The restaurant is literally 5minutes from their house. I can't make this s**t up..... I get that things happen but this should have been pretty straightforward. Really not ok. Read more
