As good as a Wendy's gets for food - fresh and fast. Would get an additional star if they were a little more personable as... twice the staff has been a little short. I don't expect too much from fast food like this but at least basichello/goodbye/thanks instead of silence. Read more
The food wasn't mind blowing, I found my burgers to be mushy and flavorless however the fries were fresh and they have a drink... dispenser machine with probably 100 flavors. That was sickkkk! And it was the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Read more
Great food and service. Restaurant was a little dirty, floor and tables were not cleaned up. I understand things get busy... but, sometimes would be great to have a lobby person to clean and wipe tables and sweep and mop floors. Read more
Horrible . Sat in drive thru for 16 minutes before ordering to be told they're out of coke, order 2 double stacks and 1 jbc. Get... parked for another 10 minutes to get 2 jc ( no bacon for some reason ) 1 double stack and the food was squished thrown togetherand the worst Junion wanna be bacon cheeseburgers I've ever had and I've actually once upon a time used to work at this exact location. This is beyond horrible . Avoid this location. Ashamed to call this a wendys..... oh and when I tried to call totalk to the manager no one answered the call twice and just hangs up with no option for a message. AVOID Read more
Wendy's is always reliable for a good and cheap meal, the fries are always good, no machines are ever broken, and items out of... order. Having a wendys close to the highway is great for taking breaks to eat something, the service and drive-through isusually petty good. Really recommend it Read more
Won't answer your phone and have a full mailbox guess my complaint will be public then. Regardless of the fact that this... location has 0 accountability, everytime I order from you something is wrong whether it's no fork for my poutine or like thistime a suggestion of ketchup and no receipt. Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant but I'm really not interested in payingfor your food if everytime I go something is wrong or I'm not even given what I need to eat my food. This location got renovated and it looks very aesthetic inside. The washroom is fully automated and clean. This location also... has a coca cola machine with a ton of options. The wifi is actually in the dining area and very fast. My favorite fast foodlocation in Kitchener. Read more
This location is a bit of a mess. Says there is no dine in online and on the app but there is. The self-order machines don't... scan the coupons and the drink machine was not working at all. The food was great but everything else was a bit disappointing. Read more
