Best cafe in town. Wonderful late, delicious food and excellent friendly staff.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a turkey club sandwich. I specifically asked for white bread since whole wheat hurts... my stomach. I also ordered a hot chocolate with no whipped cream. It took about 5 minutes or so to prepare and the staffmember was friendly. When the staff handed me my food, without prompting, she confirmed that my order was what I had asked for.I paid $17. When I went to eat, my sandwich was on whole wheat bread and my hot chocolate had whipped cream. It's not the firsttime my order has been wrong at this William's. The last few times I've ordered coffee here the cream in it curdled. I neverwrite reviews, but I felt the need to warn others that unfortuately, there is a consistent lack of attention to detail at thisestablishment and you'd be better off spending your money elsewhere. A coffee shop that doesn't open before 8am in a big city like Kitchener doesn't make sense especially being right off of the... highway. Other than that, their menu is fantastic. Read more
Love the ambiance there and some special food choices they offer. Their drinks are unique. Only downside is it is bit pricey.
