I ordered over the phone, apparently a call center took my order and card number, I got double charged. Called and spoke to the... manager and told me certain cards got double charged yesterday, and it would take 5-10 days to get back. She said she's neverhad a problem ordering from there!!! Tried to place order over the website and couldn?t. Tried to call in but the phones weren?t working and got hung up on. Ordered... in person and the staff was rude. Paid over $30 for 2 medium pizzas and they were like smalls. If I could give it a no starreview I would. Read more

We always use google to order online and we?ve never had a problem before tonight. I ordered the food and my husband stopped to... pick it up after work. He called me that when he went to pick up our food he was told a pizza had to be remade. No reason wasgiven. No apology. He then went out to the truck to wait for the pizza to be remade and no one brought it out or let him know itwas done. This is very poor customer service. Im not looking for free food because of a mistake, but an explanation and anapology goes a long way. Read more
We order frequently from here on the app and use the $5.99 coupon - at the end of my order I know that some items have an ?up... charge,? but plain boneless wings are now $7.99? So I?m not sure why they?re on the coupon anymore. But we always have greatservice and the staff here is always really nice! Great turn around. Read more
