Third time I went in there and ordered food n don't get what I want on it
The MTO food takes longer than any sheetz I?ve ever been to! THEN THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG FOOD!
Just received food from curbside. It was brought out 6 minutes later than pick up time. I checked in 2 minutes before pick up... time. Needless to say, my food was cold. Not happy with today's service. Read more

I would give them 5 of their drinks were actually mixed when you order them I hate ice chunks in my mto.
Traveling through and stopped for breakfast this morning. Coffee lid sugar cream area was dirty (spills trash). Bathroom trashes... were overflowing. Outdoor tables / chairs needed wiped down. MTO food was all good but based on conditions of other areas ofthe store I wonder about cleanliness. Read more
