DO NOT PUT AN ONLINE ORDER IN. The company they use does not properly encrypt your information. They printed out our credit card... information from the site to charge us, and their children took our number and made online purchases with it. The owners seemedlike nice people and wanted to try and make it up to us, but we just wanted to be left alone after the incident. After spendingan entire day cancelling our cards and getting the charges reversed we really didn’t feel like dealing with the owners ortheir children. Though we were hesitant to order when the new owners took over and the beginning was a bumpy road (delivery problems including a... charge not previously in place, huge price bumps, limited menu with confusion in the kitchen) we stuck with them because thefood showed promise with an absolute uptick in quality. The new owners were and still are very nice and do their best to beaccomadating. The food is still good but with the most recent round of price increases including a $5 delivery charge (I'm 7minutes away) I'll be using the Chinese place in downtown Portsmouth who have good food, great prices and free delivery Read more
