They couldn't handle having a drive thru line they were extremely slow and could only handle servicing one car at a time. Then... said half way through the order they told me to hold on twice and then took my order again and then told me that I had to buy asausage egg and cheese with no egg that they couldn't charge me just for a bagel with sausage and cheese only like they'resupposed to why would I pay for an egg that I'm not getting that doesn't make sense and I've worked for Dunkins before and theynever had us over charge for something like that. The food was fine, but we had very poor customer service. It started when we had difficulty understanding the woman at the drive... up window, so we asked her to repeat what she said. This must have made her upset hecause she then hollered at my husband toanswer her when she didn't hear his response. I am not joking when I say hollered. She screamed through the microphone the word,"Answer!!" I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is not okay from anyone. We were not rude to her despite how shetreated us. I am now editing my review after reading all the previous reviews that also talk about the same type of complaints.Why is the management not replacing these employees or at the very least making sure it does not keep happening? I do not knowanyone who does not like Dunkin Donuts, but is it worth being hollered at? I would be embarrassed if I was managing the store orworking there and saw numbers of complaints about rude staff members. Read more
Good service when walking in. The drive through can be very slow during busier times. Wish they had the separate line for mobile... orders like other Dunkin's do. Better to walk in during those times. I've waited literally 25 minutes in the drive through formy mobile order and won't be doing that again anytime soon! I'll be ???????in! Read more
Not only do they mess up a Latte and a simple hot coffee with 9 and 9 they also do stuff like this! Then refused to remake the... latte and refused to refund me! A blue hair in my latte, and over cooks the hash browns so you can barely eat them. I've onlybeen here 5 times and they mess up every time! Always quick service at this particular location. Perfect toasting of my bagel! Here?s a hint though if you would like a cup of... ice water you need to specify tap water otherwise they?ll be handing you a two dollar plus bottle of Poland Spring at thewindow.
