Ordered on the App just after 7:10pm App stated the location was open until 9pm. Arrived to find the lights off and the drive... in and door locked. Could see our order in the pickup spot and employees in the store. Employees rolled their eyes when weattempted to come and check the door. Called the location and they explained they were closed l, explained that we had placedan app order and that it stated they were open and we could see the order sitting on the counter. They stayed the door wasclosed and they couldn't allow us in. Also didn't offer to just bring the drink to the door and then stated they also wouldn'tbe able to refund the order when requested. Too many choices in the area to actively be making every effort to not find such asimple solution. Read more
This place is a hit or miss. I tried their white chocolate mocha different days and times. Sometimes it is great and other times... I?m having to dump out $11 dollar worth of white chocolate mocha. I wish they could list the name of the person making thecoffee that way I can have good quality coffee every time and avoid the people who can?t make a Decent coffee to save theirlife. 20 minutes to get a chocolate croissant and bagel with side of cream cheese. My friend ordered after me and got her drink and... hot sandwich before I did ?? I thought that they might have forgotten my order as other people after me continued to get theirorders. The worker told me there were too many orders ( like all the ones for the lazy customers inthe drive through!). I kidyou not, she threw both bags containing my orders across the counter at me! Tried to use points on a cup on 04.28.21 and was told the cup was sold out and they tried to refund my points but it didn't... work. Stopped in on 04.29.21 and spoke with Brandon. He was so helpful, offered to let me take another cup of my choosing if Iliked one OR wait and see if the one I wanted came in the shipment they were receiving in a few hours. I left him my name andnumber and he called me to let me know the cup I wanted was in and he would hold one for me. This was some of the best customerservice I have ever received.
