Stopped on the way home from Corolla and it was perfect! We had a toddler with us and the buffet was perfect for getting in and... eating and then back on the road! We ate on the patio and it was so cute! No waiting around with a restless toddler while foodcooked was worth so much to us! Great pizza and fries, and very reasonable! Just got here for vacation, thought this would be the perfect stop for lunch. Boy was I wrong. Several times I saw a cook in the... back eating and licking his fingers. Yet didn't wear gloves to cook. Touched the fries and etc with his bare hands. Grossestmost unsanitary mess I've ever seen!!!! Will never come back here. You shouldn't either it's disgusting!! We just retuned from vacation to the Outer Banks and we stumbled upon Pizzazz Pizza Co. We originally tried to call another... place, but they had a two hour wait for take out. Pizzazz Pizza Co had a 15 minute wait for take out and it was AMAZING! We allloved it so much we ordered it twice in one week. We already are planning to eat it again when we go next year. Read more

My group ran into problems getting into a sit down restaurant so we ended up here. It wasn't a bad place but comparing pizza to... that in Pittsburgh, PA, it just isn't as good. Perhaps, I just haven't come across the same quality I'm used to. The servicewas very good. The crust reminded me of a cross between Pizza Hut's Pan Pizza and Little Cesaer's. It wasn't a stand out butif you're in a pinch, it will fill your tummy. We got 2 side salads that were very good. They had lettuce, tomatoes, greenpeppers, and cheese with a packet of dressing. I am from Pittsburgh and we have some fantastic pizza places. I have never had pizza in the Outer Banks that even comes close... to being as good as the pizza we get in PIT. It is just different than what we are used to. That said, I would definitely orderfrom Pizzaz again. The pizza is good and gets the job done. It is conveniently located, speedy service, and the staff is veryfriendly! We also ordered a side salad, but it was disappointing. It was basically chunks of ice berg lettuce and a packet ofdressing. While on vacation, my wife and I stumbled upon this quaint little pizza place. The pizza is very good. We were here for lunch... and there was a buffet. The price was reasonable at about $10.00 per person that included our drinks. The biggest drawback isthe size. The restaurant is very small. There are five booths inside. Called in an order tonight and the young woman taking the order could not have been friendlier. We were told the pizza would... be ready in about 10 minutes, and it was waiting when we arrived. We have been eating here for years and the pizza never failsto please. Great fun to eat pizza outside and then stroll on the Duck boardwalk. Read more
