This place was jammed full when we got there. The bartender welcomed us to one of the two tables in the bar as the dining room... had no seating. We got excellent service from the bartender. We never felt pressured to eat rapidly so someone else could beseated. Thank you! Read more
Low cost. Rooms were very dirty. I had to clean hair out shower and the was mold everywhere on the ground of the tile. The... only reason this got a 2 star is for the gentleman at the desk who was very friendly and helpful. They need a bit of trainingas the could figure out how to get the safe open for us to use. Stayed here mid Nov. It's definitely an older hotel, that has recently been refurbished. Pretty decent sized room. The... heating/AC unit was ancient & noisy as hell. On our 1st nite we had to turn it off in the middle of the night. Ran it while wewere out to warm up the room, so we didn't have to listen to it when we came back. good location close to downtown and the waterfront. check-in was easy and friendly. our room was very old and in need of major... cleaning and renovation. there was dried blood on the curtain sheers at the entrance to our room. the vents in the room werecoated with years of dust and grime. i wouldn't stay here again. Very fair pricing at what's clearly an older property however they have updated it. Everything worked, beds were comfy, room was... perfectly clean and the vibe was comfortable. I left snowboards, full gas cans and coolers in the bed of our truck and had zerofeelings they would be touched and they weren't. Its next door to a waffle house that has great reviews but random hours so weate at Basin Martini Bar instead which was amazing. This is a great place to stay if in K Falls for location alone. Check in waseasy and staff was friendly. They also allow dogs. Read more
Beautiful hotel! Huge Compliments to Christine. She was extremely helpful, professional and gracious to us. We arrived late due... to the snow storm and traffic delays. Amanda?s smile and cheerful greeting made us feel welcome. The room was more than weexpected. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. Kudos to the cleaning staff too. Everything was spotless! We willdefinitely stay here again. Extra perk having the Waffle House right out front. Delicious food! Read more
