Ordering inside for carryout, the lady taking our order "misheard" us 3 times, charged us too much, and they took forever. The... only redeeming factor is that one of the other employees did his best to make it right, and they have never messed anything upon anything ordered through the app/website. Read more
Found a bug baked into the bottom of my cheesy bread! When I asked for a refund he said no because he couldn?t refund just the... bread and wouldn?t refund all of it because only the bread had the bug! He could only offer me free cheesy bread for next time!Why would I want more buggy cheesy bread! Read more
When I called to ask if I can have the parmasen/garlic not be put on the bites the girl said "then that would be just bread." I ordered online for pick up at the drive up window. I waited for more then 5 minutes then went inside and told them that no one... came to the window. I then stood there for another 5 to 10 minutes waiting to get my order at this point I was irritated. I havenever had an issue with them before. i started working at dominos in when our former manager cami worked there. she managed dominos very well and had everything on... time. when she left dominos, sadly the work quality became horrible. the new management started hiring WAY too many people,started cutting many peoples hours down ( even people who started working there long before i did), i would come to work and betold to go home for the hours they scheduled ME for. very very very unprofessional and i will never work for another dominosrestaurant again period. they also had told me they were thinking of letting me go because of how many new people they had hired, meanwhile they have a white guy who is always saying the n word still working there? An hour and a half later driver shows up with my beverage but no pizza, um its sitting right there at the shop I bet he says... well 2 1/2 hrs later nothing still and there closed now Super Sad! Night before last I ordered some pasta ,after 2 hours theonline update said delivered. but no one showed till I called they said they delivered it to a wrong address and they would sendthe driver to go get it and bring it to me. This has happened twice: I ordered delivery and gave a good tip. Pizza arrived 45 minutes after driver left store. Needless to... say it was cold. Don?t trust their delivery. Read more
