Had to sit for over an hour to pick up my ?hot and ready? pizza. Ordered the through the pizza portal. When they charge you... extra for sauce for the stuffed crazy bread that wasn?t stuffed, and you don?t even get it, after AN HOUR of sitting there, it?sa bit ridiculous. I understand that this isn?t a big pizza restaurant, we refer to it as garbage pizza anyway, but theexperience tonight was insanely unreasonable. Doubt I?ll go back, not that it matters to them. I love Little Caesars and go every other week, but whenever this location is busy I never get what I ordered. I gave a 2 star... instead of 1 because they did indeed correct my order after I let them know. This isn?t the first time. Every 2 of 3 times Ivegone this year something about the order was wrong. It?s usually minor like classic vs bestest or they forgot toppings. I wasin there Sunday around 4pm and the girl up front at the cashier was super unprofessional and my order was completely wrong. Thepeople in the back were ok. I will not be going back for at least 3 months, maybe never if I can find a better pizza place.Either the staff is overworked or they don?t take time to confirm what order goes to whom. I'd like to know why it is this place never has any food ready to roll? Why is the prep so shotty? It's called hot and... ready....yet 4:15 on 7/28/22 there is nothing ready. Nothing. 15 minutes to make 3 regular pepperonis is a joke. How about somehustle? I know how fast that oven can run. So it seems like really it just comes down to a lack of competence on behalf of theemployees and managers. It's 100 degrees outside and no wants to wait that long on their way home from work. I placed a large order for my family. It was a busy night at the restaurant with a full lobby of people waiting. My sister and I... placed our order at 6:51. We waited about 25 minutes before we went and checked on it. The young lady said it would be a littlelonger for one of the pizzas. The lobby and a few newcomers came and left while we waited. Our order is finally ready. Get ithome to find out it is cold and my custom pizza is wrong. We had to go all the way back across town to have them fix it.
