30 minutes before closing and they had already tore down their line so we could only have fried foods!! Never heard of that... before and usually it's no fried foods. I could understand if it was 10 minutes before closing but not 30 minutes!! I walked outcause I really wanted Soft taco 's!! Read more

Stopped in for lunch. Store was clean. People were nice. Food was pretty good.
Honestly food was okay but service was great. Came in 15 minutes to close with no idea what I was doing and was out with food in... like 5 minutes. Not wild about their mexi fries or burrito, I know some people really love their food, but it was really aperfect grab something quick on the way back to the hotel from the bar sort of meal. I lived inthe PNW as a child and teen. Loved Taco Time. We come back every couple of years and visit different places in the PNW... and TT is always on the list. This particular TT does NOT use real meat. Everything is TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) oddtexture. The crisp meat burrito is my favorite thing on the menu,, IYKYK. This was disgusting. Truly an awful experience. Everysingle person in our large group has bloating, indigestion, some developed diarrhea and sever gas. TT has never made mesick. This particular TT is not operated well. As we were leaving they were cleaning and getting ready to close. The manager onduty instructed the new team member to spray windex on a napkin and wipe the levers of the fountain machine down. I have workedin the food services industry for 20+ years. You have to take all of the fountain peices apart clean and disinfect them in hotwater and chemical. Windex is not an antibacterial cleaning product. Please avoid this franchise. I hope someone revokes theirlicense. Read more
I haven't been to a Taco Time since living in Idaho over 20yrs ago, and I was not disappointed! I was nervous when we ordered... that it would not be what I remembered, but it was exactly what I remembered! Nostalgic! Everything was piping hot and fresh,they have homemade Ranch, and it all melted in my mouth! We got a ton of food for around $20 and were pleased with the price.The crispy bean burrito wasn't .59 like back in the day, but I didn't care. People want to compare this to Taco Bell for tasteand price?? This is fresh and handmade, not frozen and low quality over loaded with lard for flavor. Taco Bell is not food. Theservice in the drive through was exceptional! We were extremely indecisive and kept changing things, and the gal helping us juststayed patient and kept up with us both talking and nailed our order every time and it was perfectly right when we got it.Sauces and all. We paid for our food and they told us to pull up. We pulled up and the 'assistant' manager in training told us to pull forward... more. Which we did. Then proceeded to say that we were wrong to pull up and that we should have parked. She was curt with us andat first we didn't realize that she even worked there. She then went inside and told we are assuming the manager that we weredisrespectful which we weren't. The manager then came out giving us our money back for our food. Stating that we are not allowedto be rude to my employees and to never come back. Which we won't. Hopefully other people have better experience than us. Read more
