We got the Buffalo chicken fries. It was good but not great. Also the serving portions are small compared to the price they... charge. You stand in line to order.....our order taker was about as energetic as a dead fish. Morale here must be absolutelylow. Over all the food is just sauced up bargin chicken with bulk frozen fries. You would expect something much better for theprice but in a pinch you could stop on by for an okay meal at steakhouse prices. Read more

They were not very busy. Food took over 30 minutes from order to receiving and I was a carry out customer. Asked for BBQ sauce... on the side and got none. Potato salad was inedible. Potatoes were as hard as rocks and who puts pickle slices in potato salad? Chicken coating is flavorless. May have been ok with sauce but....got none. Read more
The food was good like it always is, however, the young lady at the cash register was one of the rudest customer service people... I have experienced. We arrived at 7:40 p.m. and they close at 8:00 p.m. We placed our order to eat in because there were atleast three other tables that have not received food yet and we thought we had time to eat. Her attitude let it be known that itwas preferable for us not to eat there, but to make it a to-go order. It was very obvious that we were bothering her by comingin 20 minutes before they closed. By the time we got our food there were still three tables that were just starting to eat. Wesat down and ate our french fries so they wouldn't get cold and soggy on the way home. And took the main entrees to eat athome. My husband usually goes to Chicken Shack twice a week for lunch, and we have dinner there a few times a month. Afterthis very rude employee, I will be thinking two or three times before I go back. There are other places in this town that willtake my money and give me food without giving me attitude! Read more
Half an hour to close on a Ruesday and this place was still packed, in a town where it seems like they roll up the streets at 8.... Call your order ahead. Chicken was fantastic, and fries were still pretty crispy by the time I got the food back to my hotelroom. The sauces are phenomenal. More food than I could finish for $12, will absolutely be coming back. Read more
Chicken Shack has excellent chicken and other menu items. The only problem is chicken is much tastier in the evening hours than... it seems to be in the lunch hour(s). The restaurant is always clean, decorated appropriately, and well maintained. Maybe a fewmore video games for the kids. Read more
We ordered the Shack Pack which came with 4 huge drinks. We chose to have 25 wings with fries which were all so crispy. The... portion of fries was very generous and the food was enough to be shared among 5 people. There is a good variety of dips tochoose from too for the wings and fries. This is the best place in Klamath Falls for anything chicken? Greg and I were in Klamath for a couple hours. We were planning on... going to sizzlers for lunch but drove there and they were closed?.not a lot of places in Klamath to choose from? then Iremembered my son talking about this place, so head there and it was served fast and HOT? they there not setting under a heatlite they were made fresh?
