Curbside pickup is a joke. The text you receive never works, they never answer the phone, and no one is there to help you when... you go inside. If that wasn't frustrating enough, they consistently leave items out of orders despite them being "approved". Read more
My sister and I both had to ASK for Caesar dressing because none was on our Caesar salad. Then the Blue Ribbon brownie that says... it has nuts - it arrived with literally only two walnut pieces on top. Not exaggerating. It was also a strange consistency, notlike a brownie at all. Came in at 8:00 on Saturday night. Was seated pretty quickly, so I thought wow. Took our drink order, then actually sat in booth... behind us chatting w a customer. Are u serious. Didn't bring our drinks. Just sat chatting well over 10 mins. Read more
Food was good but waitress seemed like she didn't want to wait on us. We got the 2 for $25 and instead of serving us our... appetizer first they substituted it for the fries with the meal . It took a bit to get food cause of shrimp and in that time wecould have eaten our onion rings but no they came with the meal. Was a bit let down compared to last visit. Read more
Due to Applebee's consistently being bad, I haven't been to one in a while. However, this one wasn't too bad. Our server was... fantastic; she was very accommodating and provided excellent suggestions. The appetizer was excellent as it was hot and reallyfresh. The rest of our meal was decent, and it was much better than what I had at the other Applebee's. Read more
Went for Dinner , waitress was very nice. The food was good. Had prime rib dip, wife had chicken with shrimp and potatoes, she... enjoyed that. Daughter had ribs and she ate well. Service was great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the bathroom wasunkempt and looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Paper towels all Ober ad well. Overall very good. Read more
I went here on a lunch date and the food was not good the only thing that made it very special was a waitress she was so nice.... She right very good positive cards for All of the people that she wait on and it is very very sweet and thoughtful Applebee'sshould be very grateful that they have her as a waiter. My friend Betty and myself have been there several times this year and enjoyed the food but especially those who have served us.... Rory is TOPS, very friendly, fun to talk to and remembers you.
