Went through drive thru on Thursday on my lunch break my food was cold. I called and talked with a manager and she said just... bring my receipt and she will replace my food. So tonight I went and had my food replace and it was the same thing. KnightdaleBojangles suck!!! Can't wait for the one in wendell falls to open!!!! Read more

When ordering through the drive through my order is wrong on a consistent basis. It?s at a point where I always have to check my... order before leaving. If ordering 1 thing it?s generally not an issue but when placing multiple things on an order it's aproblem. Wrong drinks, missing sides and biscuits, missing sauce even when asking for it. I?ve even had the wrong combo alltogether. If there was another Bojangles remotely closer I would go there instead of the knightdale location. I?m talking aboutregular menu items not something special, just ordering straight off the menu. It?s been this way for years but like I said it?sthe closest one. On my way to work at 530am on September 1st, I stopped to grab breakfast at bojangles #402 in knightdale. I was Greeted with... goodmorning may I take your order by a Pleasant voice I get to the window and met by a beautiful smile. She made my day, I lether know what a beautiful smile and I thanked her for it. Yall need more people like her. Not sure of her name but my checknumber was 30007 if you can check it was at 5:37 am.and she wore a black shirt. She needs to be a trainer to your otheremployees. I called and spoke to Evan about my food was old. I spent almost $28. I just asked to have my Third white dinner to be replaced.... I go back and Evan fixed my food and this is what I got. I will continue to go to Bojangles on New Bern Ave. I will never eat atthis location again. Read more
