(Afternoon visit) Fresh food, attentive staff and minimal wait inside. Snack wise, the cookies more than likely were reheated... in the microwave but were still soft without the dreaded overcooked on top if overcooked taste. Not happy about my visit today . Usually I have pretty good food from this Burger King location, but it's been at least a month... since I've been here. I love Burger Kings breakfast menu and only come here for breakfast time. This morning when I came therewas nobody inside ordering, only drive thru, so I ordered food for myself, and my mom who's also visiting this weekend and my 5year old son..... It took 14 minutes to receive my to-go order. There was two different customers that came inside & orderedfood after me, yet they received their food order way quicker than I did. The lady said they were waiting on fresh hashbrowns, when I finally received my food , there was no French toast sticks in the bag so I had to ask for them & syrup. Finallyreceiving my French toast sticks and they are way overcooked and hard as a rock. ???????????? If I didn't have food to bringhome to my mom and son I would have asked for a refund or a replacement because they are nasty. I'm disappointed in this BurgerKing location right now , I hope the next time I come, food will be much better. Read more
I ordered two whopper meals. One with cheese and one without. The one with out I wanted heavy Mayo,pickles,and lettuce. I... received a whopper with cheese. After I told the lady at the window the way she had it was rung up wrong. She insured me thatthe sandwich would be made the right way but obviously not. The whopper with cheese was only suppose to have lettuce,Mayo,andcheese. It was a regular whopper with cheese. An the sandwich?s where very much cold. The fries where under cooked and stillfrozen. Went through the drive-thru. Pro: that Southwest Whopper Jr. was the bomb! That is now my new favorite burger and a fast food... restaurant. Con: I specifically as for barbecue sauce for my nuggets and ketchup for my fries. I was giving neither one. But,I have to admit, they're flies were hot and enough salt was on it that I didn't miss the ketchup too much. Read more

Only went to burger King to take advantage of my free impossible whopper through t-mobile Tuesday offer that week. It was big as... day on the burger king app. Once selected, I was unable to proceed with obtaining the offer.... It was like a bait n switchlured me to BK with a free app then don't give it.... the stars are for the other food that was ordered being hot. Read more
Where do I even begin? After having to pull forward and wait 20 minutes for them to forget about my order - I went inside and... was stared at by the employees like I had ten heads (even though they made the mistake). They forgot about my husbands order. Okfine mistakes happen. The manager was very helpful and apologetic. The biggest issue was the employee Latoya. From the moment Iwalked in she had to roll her eyes at me at least ten times - again because of their error? I?m confused. You mess up, andthat?s my fault? Then I watched my husbands burgers be made exactly how he didn?t want them - the guy put ketchup, mustard andpickles on both. He ordered them PLAIN with ketchup only. When I said something I got another eye roll from Latoya (shocking Iknow). She was so rude and unprofessional. The manager assured me the burgers were made correctly. When I got home guesswhat..they made them wrong. This will be the last time I go to this location. Hopefully in the meantime Latoya takes someintense customer service classes and her eyes don?t get stuck in the back of her head from rolling them at customers. Read more
