Update: The Cookout responded to my review 7 months after I submitted the review. WOW! Not only was the drive-thru service... very slow during an uncrowded hour but the burger was an onion burger, no burger. The itty bitty meat patty only covered halfof the bun and it was paper thin and very cold. Other locations you have to wait to eat the food because it?s so hot, Youcouldn?t even taste the meat, it was all onion. Then there were no napkins in the bag. I?ve learned not to get the fries asthey are soggy and limp and they either forget to put the cheese on or they forget to put the seasoning on. I?ll go back toBurger King and get their Big King sandwich instead. Read more
Cashier (young girl) argued us down in the drive through after giving us the wrong drink.....guess you were wrong... afterall.....hope the whole line behind us didn't wait for thier food long. The drive through customer service could use somework. Read more

Fast, clean, polite in every position. Not my average Cook out visit but my first at this location. Food was hot and fresh,... food was made correctly and with love. Usually l get the 2 dog tray and l cannot eat and drive because its so sloppy and messy.Not the case today. Great job!!! Please keep this energy. Read more
Person at the register dropped my card and then proceeded to rush me through the drive thru when she failed to properly hand me... my card back. Customer service could be better. Word of advice don't rush the customer when you drop the customer's card tocover your mistake. That's rude. Read more
Been there several times. Recently sent my daughter to get dinner and the girl at the window tossed the onion rings at her,... spilling them all over the car. This business will definitely not last long there. I hope whoever manages this place reads thesecomments as it looks like there are a lot of problems. Read more
