The worst customer service ever I ordered a pizza online they delivered it to the wrong place soon as I called they already... knew they messed up it already took over a hour to deliver the pizza I and live right behind them. So I called and told them bynow my kids has already ate and didn?t need the pizza can I get a refund and my pizza still hasn?t been delivered was told thatmy pizza was walking out and there was nothing they could do. Ask to speak to a manager and was told the person on the phone and asked for his name got hung up on. Then when I called back someone else answer the phone and told me that my pizza wasn?teven ready yet and all she could do is give a free drink. Found out the so called Manager name was Sean and will be calling thegeneral manager and corporate on them because clearly Sean was not trained on how to be a manager or speak to customer or handleissues when they messed up the order!I wouldn?t recommend no one to order anything from here Read more

It took two hours to deliver a pizza on a weeknight. I could possibly understand a busy weekend with a huge game or fight on the... T.V., but this was ridiculous. Not the first time that this has happened either, but it will be the last because I won't orderfrom them again. To top it off they offered me a 20% off coupon from my next order. If you don't have enough delivery driverswhy not just state this on the website? Terrible Read more

Waited an hour after placing my order to tell me they don?t deliver to my address. I?m 1.7 miles from this location. If you... didn?t want to deliver my order you could have just said so. I was in Knightdale for a business meeting and we needed lunch for one of the groups. I made an order online but then called the... shop because I had a special request. The phone was answered promptly and the employee was very friendly and accommodating. Iwas so satisfied by the service that I made another order at 3pm for more pizzas. I wish there were names on the receipts or Iwould recognize those employees by name. Read more

I stopped by last week to pre order 11 pizzas for my sons school to be delivered today at 11am. I was told by an employee to... call at 9am to make payment the day of because I could not prepay there a week early. I have called numerous times to pay andkeep getting hung up on. Someone picked up and stated ?we don?t open until 10, call back then? and click. The others were justpicked up and hung up immediately. They have a 50% off all pizza promo going on now but do not honor it. Placed order online, realized was charged full price,... called. The boy that answered the said, I don?t know how any of that works. Asked for a manager, young girl answered said onlyoption is to cancel my order and go to the bottom of the line which would be 1.5 hour wait???? These people need a customerservice lesson! Update May 7, 2022: About a week after Kyle (the owner apparently?) responded to my first review as you can see, I emailed him... about the issue. It's been since April 20 with no response. I imagine they're quick to show people on Google that they want tofix negative reviews, but the buck stops there with no follow up. Why bother? Now I have an even worse opinion of this business.Now to be fair maybe I fell through the cracks in the system or he's been on vacation for a few weeks with no email... you bethe judge. Original review (~April 13, 2022): Not the first time my order has been wrong. At least two other times. Qualitycheck really must mean nothing... This time ordered two pizzas and BOTH of them were wrong. I can understand occasionallyforgetting a topping, but how is it not caught with the so-called quality check that supposedly happens? I have never had an experience like I did tonight...EVER!!! First, I placed a delivery order over the phone. I was going to pay... with my card but their system was down So my husband drove 5 miles to the nearest ATM to get cash to pay the driver. About 15-20minutes later, I get a call back saying that the food will be delivered in 2 1/2 hours (1:20AM)....REALLY???? Of course, myhusband wasn't pleased about that but I didn't cancel the order. When the delivery guy finally got here, the pizza was burnt andit was the wrong one. My husband went to Dominos and the manager was the rudest!!!! First, she wouldn't allow my husband to getthe pizza and it was already made. She told the delivery driver he had to deliver it but then wouldn't allow him to even GET thepizza. Then she tells the driver he had to deliver 2 other pizzas before he came back to our home. My husband was FURIOUS!!! Wehave a long drive in the morning and instead of us resting, we're going through this mess this late at night. I commend thedriver because he was trying to do his job and i could tell even he was getting frustrated. They can just keep the pizza. I'mgoing to bed. The manager really needs to be trained properly because her customer serviced skills are awful!!!! Read more
