Service is about 50/50 almost every visit. We don't come often. Today I paid for a juice I didn't get and I couldn't go back... because my son had a doctor's appointment. My avocado toast never saw a toaster. So it was pretty cool in temperature. So todaywas not the greatest of visits. Read more

We pulled up to drive-thru and the guy taking my order at drive-thru couldn't hear good and I asked several times for the total... and he never gave the total. Then when we got to second window everything seemed like it was okay but upon sitting there waitingfor my order I saw guy making my tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich had gloves on but no one was wearing gloves making mydrink order. The lady Ami was nice at first than she got an attitude real quick. She gave me my sandwich and it was burnt so Ihad them to make me another one and as you can see from the pic even the second time the bread was burnt. How in the world canyou burn bread like that. This place is really bad on customer service at this place. Never will I ever come back. Read more

Some employees take their time and quality is what we are looking for as a customer!!?I enjoy myself when I know my drink will... be made correctly even if it takes an extra minute? We went inside to get donuts, an iced coffee and 2 sausage biscuits. It took forever. We were inside waiting for 20 minutes.... They gave someone else our coffee. And they didn?t tell us that they were out of biscuits, until we got over by the window andtold them what we ordered. It was very chaotic and they did not have a organized system to get people?s orders out. Theyprioritized the drive thru line and mobile orders over the people standing in the store. Read more

This place is going down hill real fast. Placed an order today on the app. Arrived at the store to pick up my coffee and an... empty cup is sitting there with my name on it. I had to wait for 3 to 5 minutes before someone assisted me. An older Indianlady started talking to me as she is walking outside. She came back in and said did you hear me? I said no, due to the fact thatyou was talking and walking away from me. Another customer asked me if I could understand her? Nope.
