I typically door dash from here alot, because I love their philly cheesestakes. Today I decided to go in and place a take out... order. The customer services was HORRIBLE. The teenager that came to the register to take my order didnt bother to greet me andjust stood there and stared at me. She had the nastiest attitude and seemed bothered that I wanted to place an order. Aftertelling her what I wanted, she didnt ask did I want anything else and didnt even bother to tell me the total. Again, she juststood there and stared. I ended up walking out without completing the order. Im not spending my money at an establishment, wherethe customer service sucks. Whatever trainings Chickfila has, this location needs to consider implementing the same trainings.Definitely lost a sale and a valued customer. Place an order on line picked it up got home ready to enjoy your delicious food.But when I opened my burger it looked I received... the scrap part of the Burger it didn't even fill up the bun also I received half an order of tator tots matter of fact 2 of thetator tots were half orders. I'm amazed at how different the service was after walking out a few weeks ago over my Hot Dog after being made over several... times and still didn't get it right I was very dissatisfied. Yesterday however I was with my granddaughter, and her GreatGrandmother I was very, very very pleased. The burger was cook to perfection, the ???? rings were absolutely cooked and batteredperfectly as well.. The CSR who waited on our table at frist didn't seem to understand my order, but they changed over an withthe new csr..I was well pleased.. 8.9 thumbs up for the service turn around.... Read more

Today I went to the highway 55 diner and it awful. We ordered online and I went in a few minutes before our order was ready. The... floor was filthy, the cooks had ZERO customer service. Attitude and nasty disposition. I would not recommend this hwy 55 dinerto anyone. I don?t know how they could have a positive rating.The chicken strips were hard, bread was wet, tots taste like theywere cooked in old grease, and my sauce was not in the bag. I consider myself a patron of this amazing place since I will be going here often! I used to go to Applebees for their Oreo... milkshakes but they would never have it, so I would go here! Service and food were impeccable and the chili cheese fries, shake,and burger were the staple of the experience. Although the staff could be more professional since they were talking out loudabout clocking in and out, one staff member was sitting at the booth with her phone out (uniform on!). Best shrimp ???? burger ???? & Carolina Classic cheeseburger around. Daniel gave excellent service. We received our order in a... timely manner and all of our food was hot and fresh. The bathrooms were very clean and all of the staff was delightful andfriendly. Highly recommend Hwy 55 Knightdale. Read more
