We waited in line for over 20 minutes to place our order. And the group of older adults to make up their mind and place their... order. We finally got to place our order and we order the Buffalo chicken and the 3 piece chicken meal. And a chicken sandwichsandwich a side order of cream potatoes and gravy. We were given our drink cups and we went to drink fountain and it hadspilled drinks and tea all over the counter and the floor. The floor needs to be swept and mopped with sanitizer. The bathroom???? needs to be cleaned up and sanitized also. The young lady handed our meals and one of the meals the Buffalo sauce wasrunning all over the place. And they had to give us another meal. We also ordered 2 packs of chocolate chip cookies ???? and myson had to go back into the restaurant and get the cookies because the server did not put the cookies in the bag with our order.The parking lot was very dirty and trash was laying all around the restaurant. They had 2 mangers on duty but they were nothanding the restaurant in the proper way. I will not be coming back to this KFC ???? Read more
15 min. down the road another KFC decided to only partially open at 10am even tho universally KFC opens at 10am ... I had to... drive an additional 15min. just to Be able to Dine in...this alone deserves a 5 Star... because this location is open Preciselywhen they say they are..... The whole order was wrong- from the drink to the main meal! When I called up (once we got home) to tell them everything was... wrong and I asked the manager, "For four pieces of chicken, this obviously was for more than one person- how come we only gotone biscuit? Shouldn't we get at least TWO biscuits ?" And she said "NO! Only ONE biscuit PER ORDER!" Well heck, a biscuit isone of the cheapest things you can make ! If you can't throw in at least two biscuits for four pieces of chicken - and then youget the whole rest of the order wrong and then you can't even throw a biscuit with it -I think we'll be eating somewhere elsenext time! Maybe Red Lobster- where they keep refilling your biscuits basket! PS Chicken was highly oversalted, and extra crispycame out extra greasy! Read more
I came in today about an order from yesterday. Lacey the assistant manager was accountable and corrected the issue and even... explaining what happened. You don?t see good customer service much anymore and I felt it today. Lacey really made my dayeasier!!!Plus the staff were kind as well. Very clean as well! Read more
This location was kinda busy but very nice. I ordered the chicken box(#6) but I wanted to actually box with the fries not the... box with several pieces of chicken but bc they have the same side options minus the fries there were some confusion however theladies fixed my order for me in the middle of their rush with no attitude or rudeness. Horrible! Don?t go to this one. Everything is over cooked, including the mac & cheese (how?). Biscuits are hockey pucks and... they add longer pieces of lettuce to the coleslaw. You have to peel the skin off to eat the chicken. That?s not KFC. Read more
We tried them after they remodeled and it was a bad experience. The chicken wasn't crispy and there's wasn't a single breast in... the 8pc bucket. They forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes and the sauces for the kid's food. This is NC, fried chickenisn't a game. Read more
