Every Popeyes I've been to is always good. But every time I go to this one, the staff is awesome.... The very best!

One of the worst experiences I?ve had at this location. There has been multiple times where I?ve ordered and paid for an item... and did not receive it. I called the location just for them to not answer the phone. I came back to the location so that theycan fix my order and they told me it would take seven minutes. I have been sitting outside for over 30 minutes for somethingthat should?ve only take 7 mins. Read more

Food usually really good. Service here hit and miss. Sometimes quick and grear! Then times like tonight, waited 15-20 minutes... for food in drive thru. Not a huge deal, things happen. But completely missing fries and other sides from all combo boxes plusthe biscuits and chicken were cold. Not sure what happened but double checking all is in the box doesn?t seem to be it. Love the chicken always juicy and on point but one star for the customer service I was asked to pull ahead to wait which I did... and about 15 min someone brought out the bag looking annoyed but I still asked for a paperbox cuz the part of the 24pc was goingto a different out. When she heard the request, she turned as she rolled her eyes to the sky and walked away as she said wait. Iwould like to give people benefit of the doubt but she was definitely giving an attitude not just tired from work. I will stilleat from popoyes but from a different location. Read more

Walked in to place an order, nobody in line so went to the register that had a cashier at it. She was counting money, so gave... her few moments to finish what she was doing. Never looked up to acknowledge me even though I was 2 feet from her. After about 3min she closed the register then started looking at her phone.... I just left. I won't bother to disturb the employees anymoreby handing over my money. Read more

Only three stars because the reason you go to Popeyes is to get the spicy chicken. I was there about an hour and a half after... typical dinner time and they told me that there was a 15 minute wait on spicy chicken. I think that justifies negative twostars. They're chicken is still better than Bojangles and better than KFC but they're spicy. Chicken is why you go and that wasthe disappointment for me. Read more
